
Morgantown, WV – Following a 24-21 win over TCU, the West Virginia Mountaineers are now sitting at 4-1 overall – including 2-0 in Big 12 play. This marks the best start for WVU under Neal Brown, and has started to catch the attention of folks all over the nation.
Moments ago, the Associated Press Top 25 Poll was released for week six, and the Mountaineers received 5 votes and was ranked 34th overall in the nation.
West Virginia, who is going into a bye week, will likely need to wait until they beat the Houston Cougars before entering the Top 25.
