Morgantown, West Virginia – ESPN analyst Dick Vitale took to social media moments ago to voice his thoughts about the West Virginia basketball team and head coach Bob Huggins.
Vitale said the following about this year’s Mountaineers: “This could be the best team Bob Huggins has had at West Virginia.”
In addition, Vitale went on to say that Huggins should absolutely be a Hall of Famer: “Come on, Basketball Hall of Fame, isn’t it about time Bob Huggins gets elected to the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame?”
Vitale also posted an article from Fansided’s Benjamin Zacher, who previewed the 2020-2021 Mountaineers. In the article, Zacher said, “As it stands now, the Mountaineers have the depth, star power, and coaching capable of pulling off a deep postseason run and cementing themselves as a national contender. The root of that potential, undoubtedly, lies with Tshiebwe and Culver.”
