Goins, despite not possessing a star rating from any major recruiting outlet, impressed West Virginia. He left camp WVU’s camp last summer with the Most Valuable Player award for the program.
During his senior season with Jefferson, he tallied 67 tackles and 8 sacks. Goins has been offered by Sacred Heart University at the FCS level, and West Liberty, Fairmont State, and Frostburg State of the Division II level.
