Jaylen Ellis, a former wide receiver for the Baylor Bears, pledged his commitment to the Mountaineers earlier this evening via Twitter.

Ellis played three seasons for the Bears. In 2022, he caught 3 passes for 154 yards and one touchdown against the Texas Longhorns. With two seasons of eligibility remaining, he would be a pivotal addition to a thin wide receiver room.
The Round Rock, Texas native was a three-star prospect according to 247Sports, and held 25 offers coming out of high school including Tennessee and Michigan among others.
