MORGANTOWN, West Virginia —Â Moments ago, it was announced that Joe Toussaint is leaving the West Virginia basketball program and entering the transfer portal, joining Kerr Kriisa and Tre Mitchell.
Toussaint, a senior point guard from Bronx, New York, averaged 9.4 points and 2.6 assists for the Mountaineers last season.
