MORGANTOWN, WV – Moments ago, former Martinsburg Bulldog Murphy Clement announced his commitment to West Virginia University via social media.

Murphy, whose brother Hudson plays for the Mountaineers, was named the 2023 West Virginia Gatorade State Player of the Year. During his senior season with the Bulldogs, Clement passed for 1,673 yards and 19 touchdowns. He also tallied 1,128 rushing yards and 20 rushing touchdowns.
