MORGANTOWN, West Virginia — Although the West Virginia Mountaineers are on their way to another disappointing loss, one player showcased what he’s capable of doing.
Noah Farrakhan, a 6’1 senior from Hillside, New Jersey, had a spectacular play that will undoubtedly end up on ESPN SportsCenter’s Top 10. Late in the second half, Farrakhan flew over Oklahoma’s John Hugley and dunked on top of his head.
Farrakhan, who was known for his eye-popping dunks in high school, became a YouTube star before he even entered college. Farrakhan is now averaging 12.4 points and 4.1 rebounds per game now for the Mountaineers.
