MORGANTOWN, West Virginia — Moments ago, West Virginia landed talented safety Tahj Ra-El from the transfer portal!
Ra-El, a senior safety from Charlotte, North Carolina, started all 13 games at safety at Old Dominion last season, finishing the year with 84 tackles, 5.5 tackles for loss, six pass breakups and an interception.
Neal Brown has said that the Mountaineers would make upgrading the defensive secondary a real priority and he has certainly done that so far this offseason.
